(1) We DO require identification from the prospective homebuyer*.

(2) We recommend, but DO NOT require a homebuyer to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement.

(3) We DO require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan or proof of funds before submitting any offers for the homebuyer*.

*Although Broker may not require such information, a seller of real estate may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
